Molded Rubber Nose Cone Replacement
Instructions:
1.) Gently Twist and Pull the old nose cone from the end of the Guide with a pair of pliers. Do not grab the aluminum tube with pliers.
2.) Clean the old adhesive off the knurled portion of the tube with a wire brush and acetone.
3.) Apply Super Glue to the knurled portion of the tube and push/twist the nose onto the end of the Guide. Be sure to rotate the nose cone as it is pushed onto the Guide as this will evenly distribute the Super Glue.
4.)Push the nose cone onto the Guide until it covers the knurled section completely.
5.) Let the nose cone glue set/cure for one day before use.
