The Coho Fillet Knife, measuring 13 inches overall, is designed specifically for medium and larger sized fish. It’s three inches longer than its smaller counterpart, the Steelheader Fillet Knife. The Coho boasts a full 8-inch cutting edge that is flat ground and razor sharp, ensuring your fish will be filleted beautifully. It comes with a nylon sheath for protection. One of its special features is the full tang handle construction, which is double riveted with a brass lanyard sleeve, preventing any handle shift. The comfortable “Suregrip” handle ensures a secure grip while using the knife.
