Because of its innovative design, which makes wire brushing simpler and more convenient than ever, the DogBone Wire Brush encourages linemen to brush. With one side for copper and the other for aluminum, the DogBone offers two specific brushing surfaces. The lineman can maintain one tool with specific brushing ends for two separate surfaces thanks to the ends color coordination.
Up to 1590 MCM of conductors are covered by the round wire brush. The wire brushes may be readily replaced, and it covers the majority of conductors. Made of non-conductive material, the DogBone Wire Brush is lightweight and sturdy, weighing less than ½ pound. This tool's design avoids the discomfort that other wire brushes cause to linemen's hands and legs. The built-in snap ring makes it easy to store on belts or in bucket trucks.
