The Geissele Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK8 M-LOK™, a 13.5" model in black, is an ultra-modular rail that was among the first to use Magpul M-LOK technology. It offers full modularity and a strong, rigid platform. It features maximum venting at the lower 45° quadrants for optimal heat dissipation and weight reduction. The M-LOK technology is used at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions and the upper 45° quadrants for versatility and modularity. The SMR MK8 also includes Geissele’s unique 2.25" long barrel nut, enhancing surface contact with the receiver for a reliable, straight, and true platform along the entire length of the free float rail. This feature improves accuracy and zero repeatability during maintenance disassembly and reassembly.
