The Jaeger, named after a sleek, hawk-like bird that nests near an Alaskan hunting and fishing lodge, is a knife that embodies the essence of the German word for ‘hunter’. This knife, possibly our sleekest and most beautiful creation, is designed as a top-tier boning and caping knife. Despite its lightweight design and easy portability, it boasts incredible versatility and strength with a blade thickness of 0.118". The back of the blade features non-slip ridges for a comfortable grip, and the individual finger grooves and deep front finger groove further enhance handling. The knife comes with a 100% American split grain cowhide sheath, which is vegetable tanned, oiled, and hangs at a 45-degree angle for added comfort. Special features include finger grooves on the blade’s top for a non-slip surface and a full tang, double-riveted handle with a lanyard for extra strength.
