What to Expect When You Reach Out

• Phone calls are answered by a real person during business hours. If we're with another dealer, leave a voicemail and we'll return your call the same business day.
• Emails are typically returned within one business day. Urgent order issues are handled first.
• Dealer applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days once we have your business details, tax ID, and resale certificate.
• Technical support issues related to the website, account login, or order tracking are usually resolved the same day.
• Return authorizations (RMAs) are issued by our returns team once the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy are confirmed.
